Hotel Amanusa

The hotel is located in the south part of the small built up area of Nusa Dua, on the border of Bali Golf & Country Club (7 cups). It takes 5 minutes to Nusa Dua, 25 miles to Denpasar and 10.5 miles to the airport, which is approximately between 20- 25 minutes.

Even thought the establisment doesn't possess a mini-club, it offers a free baby-sitting service to its customers as well as a free shuttle service for the beach till 6:00 PM.

Perched on the hilltop dominating Nusa Dua bay, Amanusa offers a privileged environment, in retreat of the hotel infrastructures of this nearly island. The establishment includes 35 bungalows and a main building composed by a central body and two wings on sundecks projecting over a magnificient pool carpeted by a night blue colored paving. The architecture and the decoration are largely inspired by Asian traditions and profited by the local materials, lava stones and teak. Uncluttered but not austere, luxurious but not showy, the structure invites you to rest and relax. In brief, this magnificent hotel's two main faults could be its distance to the beach and the absence of leisure equipments (but it has to be known that this is not its main vocation).

At Amanusa, the hosting quality reaches the perfection not only by the allowances, but also by the dimensions and the decoration. Large and illuminated bungalows are all oriented through the north east and offer a superb panorama over the sea and the mountain chains of the north east (including Agung mount). To respect the intimity of the occupants, the bungalows are isolated each other by the walls made by lava stones. The room's centre is occupied by a four-poster bed indorsed against the dividing wall of a vast dressing which offers a single separation with a large bathroom. The bathroom is equipped by two wash basins, a big stool and a bathtub fitted by a shower and toilets isolated by the wooden shutters. The decoration is superb and the space is very impressive due to the presence of large exterior sundecks (front and back).

Two restaurants are at guests' disposal. One of them occupies a big sundeck dominating the golf area and the bay. It offers a large selection of Asian specialties: Indonesian and Balinese and especially Thai ones. The restaurant is insight. You will taste Italian specialties there in a very elegant atmosphere. Please note that there is a cigar cave and a large selection of Cognac for the digestive.

A shuttle service is provided for the customers till 6:00 PM to carry out them to the beach located around 1 mile down against the hotel. This beach is the continuation of Hilton's beach. The beach is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, huts and a bar; the sand is blond.
