Hotel Hanane Club

The Hanane Club is located a few minutes' walk from the Kasbah. Allow for a 10 minute drive to the airport.

To get to the reception, you have to walk up some very steep stairs.

This hotel, which was opened in 1993, is entered through a wooden door leading directly to the courtyard where the swimming pools are (including one for children), together with the bar and the restaurant. To the left is a building with steep stairs leading to a small square with a fountain, behind which the reception is concealed. The reception area, which is situated high up, is not very practical when you are loaded down with luggage... Behind the old-style reception desk with an old telephone and some wooden pigeonholes for the keys, a large and long Moroccan lounge offers a cosy area with a giant TV screen to watch matches with your mates or meet up with your family.Another building at the far end of the courtyard has rooms on three floors.
A large spa, run by charming Moroccan women who can speak a little English and who communicate with a smile, consists of a Turkish bath, some massage booths and a hydro-massage bath; scrubs are also available.
Finally, for party lovers, the hotel has its own night club open every night, where tourists and locals meet up in a festive atmosphere.

The decoration of the 120 rooms immerses you in the Moroccan ambiance and culture. Mosaics, marble, wrought iron mirrors and lamps, ceramic vases and ashtrays, multi-coloured rugs, carved wooden doors; Moroccan handicraft has taken over the place. As for comfort - an empty fridge onto which a small television, with a bad reception, is posed. There is air-conditioning of course! The bathroom and toilet are separate. They are both accessible through wooden swinging doors. In the spacious bathrooms: a bathtub, a hair-dryer and some shampoo.

A large restaurant hall in which breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as buffets. Copious, the meals are a blend of Moroccan and international cuisine. Do not hesitate to suggest ideas to the maître d', Khalid, who is very friendly and funny. For those who wish to eat their meals outside, no problem, the terrace is available. When there are very few guests at the hotel, grilled meat is served out on the terrace for dinner. For nibbles, a snack bar by the pool as well as a pizza parlour are open for the guests.
