Hotel Unique is a boutique hotel housing 95 luxury rooms including 10 suites spread over a 6-storey, 215,280 sq ft building: enough to offer beautiful panoramas of the city! Starting with the heated pool located on the top floor. Surrounded by a wooden terrace, this rectangular swimming pool has the particularity of being red! The hotel is served by three very stylish lifts - dark but lit up with fluorescent neon light. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be impressed by the ultra-modern, stylish architecture, with its large glass roof, its soft candle lighting and its designer rugs and armchairs in a chilled-out musical atmosphere. A surprising collection of wines and spirits runs from floor to ceiling. Ruy Ohtake created the hotel like an urban work of art. The Unique is noticeable by its shape - its great 328 ft long and 82 ft high inverted arch, and by its circular windows of 1.80m in diameter, which contribute to the uniqueness of the place.

A stylish and softly lit venue, the Skye restaurant offers a blend of the world's best gastronomy, with a preference for French, Italian, Brazilian and Japanese cuisine, all prepared by French chef Emmanuel Bassoleil, it also boasts an impressive collection of wine and spirits. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, lunch from 12 noon to 3:00 pm (and until 4:00 pm at the weekend and on bank holidays), and dinner from 7:00 pm to 12 midnight (and to 1:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays). One of the hippest and most reputed places in the city. A DJ ensures the ambiance at the bar from 9:00 pm onwards. The magnificent view from the wooden penthouse terrace is one of the hotel's top features, with the bar stretching as far as the swimming pool, and open from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am.
