The Novotel is a small scale facility with a walkway that connects all the hotels in Naama bay right from the Sofitel to the tourist centre. The swimming pool is quite large and heated in winter. It also has a shallow area for children protected by a net. Beside the Italian restaurant, a performance is staged by singers, dancers and oriental performances every night of the week. The hotel spa centre is a place to relax in a very zen and well decorated atmosphere-massage rooms, fitness facilities, hammam, gym and small alcoves to relax with beds around a fountain.

The hotel has 197 standard rooms, 6 family rooms and 2 suites. Standard rooms have a view of the pool while the family rooms and the suites overlook the beach and the sea. They are quite simple but clean. They are each equipped with air conditioning, a safe (no charge), a satellite television with 22 channels, a terrace with plastic garden furniture, a minibar and a direct telephone line for international calls. The bathrooms are quite pretty, although the towels are inadequate both in size and number.

The main restaurant serves a buffet which is of a fairly good quality. The first counter offers a wide variety of fresh vegetables and salads, nicely presented, prepared in front of the customer according to taste, with condiments and sauces of your choice. On the beach, the second restaurant serves à la carte options. Outdoors, it offers Italian dishes and seafood and has its own a bar. Another pool bar has a wide selection of refreshing cocktails such as Pina Colada or Mojito.

The beach of the hotel is quite large with deckchairs and sunshades made of wood. Aside there is an area reserved for sports with a cage for practicing football and a net for beach volleyball. The water sports centre offers all kinds of activities except for unauthorised fishing and jet skiing.
