Hotel Metropolitan

The Metropolitan hotel is located on a street perpendicular to Hayarkon avenue. So it does not open directly onto the sea. Nevertheless, the beach is at a 5 minute walk away. Downtown Tel Aviv is located just a few steps away. Allow about 30 minutes by car to go to the airport.

In the Metropolitan Suites part, a synagogue is available for guests.

The massive architecture of the hotel reveals its age of about thirty years. The Metropolitan has 2 different buildings. The first one houses rooms and the second offers suites. The suite area was recently built, especially for businessmen. This area includes reception area, a business lounge and a synagogue. The hotel part, older, is decorated in a quite outmoded style. A swimming-pool enables to swim. The lobby is not really attractive, but offers the possibility to sit and have a drink.

The Metropolitan offers 228 rooms. Rooms are fitted out with TV, telephone, air-conditioning and facilities for tea and coffee. The decoration of the rooms is quite basic (outdated curtains and bedspreads) but the units are clean. They have a desk. The Junior suites are larger and they can accomodate families. There are bathtubs in all bathrooms. Welcome products are available for your convenience. The suites in the Metropolitan suites are spacious and decorated with more taste and refinement. They have a TV in the room and another one in the living-room, a telephone, a safe, Internet, air-conditioning. In the living-room, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave, tableware and a kettle allow you to cook a few snacks.

A coffe shop is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can eat à la carte or buffet-style. A carpetted room, with an outmoded decor with a few tables. Way fancier, a sundeck that can be covered, offers you freshness and brightness.
