Hotel Villa Tina

The Villa Tina is located on the small Ciovo Island, connected to Trogir (2.5 miles away) by a bridge. Split is 18 miles away, and Split airport is 5 miles away. Allow 10 minutes for transfers.

The hotel is at a distance from Trogir (2.5 miles), with a public bus stopping close to the Villa and also going to Split. Other option to go to Trogir: take the small boat shuttle (free).
Guests are primarily French, Italian, and German.

A very recent hotel (built in 1990), the Villa Tina is perfectly maintained by its young owners. Built on four storeys without elevator, the building has a dressed stone façade and a delightful garden with trees. We recommend the barbecue under the arbor, prepared by the owner in the summer.

The rooms (247 square feet) feature a telephone with direct international access, and satellite television. Individual air conditioning, with the exception of 4 rooms. All rooms (except 2) have a large balcony with view of the sea or garden (50%), a table and chairs. Shower or bathtub in the bathrooms. Basic furniture and unadorned decor. There is a safe at the front desk.

The restaurant dining room is bright. Croatian and international cuisine. Very pleasant terrace, overlooking the Adriatic. A well-stocked buffet is served for breakfast. In the summer, barbecue in the garden, under the pergola. There is also a bar.

On the other side of the road, two minutes from the hotel, is a narrow pebble beach; the area is quiet, and the view of the Dalmatian coast is magnificent. The water is not as clear as elsewhere, as a result of the freighters who pass by at a distance on their way to Split harbour. Deckchairs available. No nautical base.
