Definitely top of the list of places to visit is Pulau Bunaken, not far from the city of Manado, in North Sulawesi. The area is considered an absolute paradise for divers, due to the coral valley of Pantai Liang. This is also true for the small peninsula of Togian island, which is also a centre for underwater delights. Located virtually on the Equator, at an equal distance from North Sulawesi and Central Sulawesi, is Tanjung Karang, the coral peninsula that enjoys the unanimous appreciation of mask and snorkel enthusiasts.
