Climate and Seasons

It has a continental climate. It is hot in summer and cold in winter. Average temperatures are 9°C in January, 21°C in April, 37°C in July and 24°C in October. Spring and autumn are the best seasons to visit the country, even though it is often cold at night. It rarely rains, except in the Caspian Sea region which is very wet in summer.
