Avoid the months of May to October during which the climate is dry and torrid (25 to 50°C). There are frequent sand storms caused by the chamal, a burning and violent wind. Between November and April, temperatures are mild (5 to 25°C) and the nights are cold. The weather can be stormy in March and April. The sea temperature varies between 20°C in January and 30°C in June. The months of November to February are definitely the best ones to visit Kuwait, avoiding muslim feasts during which the country slows down.
