The Maluti chain

The Maluti chain, found in the east of the country, is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. Footpaths lead to the summit of the Thabana Ntlentyana, the highest point in Southern Africa measuring 11,420 ft. Follow the steep path to reach the Mont-aux-Sources which offers wonderful views of the Drakensberg high mountains, or "Dragon mountains" and the Natal hills.
