The hiking trail

The hiking trail Fürstensteig, a trail in Liechtenstein Fürstensteig is a trail aimed at excursions up the mountains and ideal for enjoying the beauty of the Alps. You might even catch a glimpse of the summits of the 'Drei Schwestern' (Three Sisters) during your hike. © ZEF

Each village has its own hiking trail network. Gaflei and Planken are the starting points of the famous "Drei Schwestern-Fürstensteig" offering a spectacular view of Tyrol and the Alps. This is a trail sculpted in the rockface, not recommended for people suffering from vertigo. The summit offers a wonderful view of the snowy peaks of the Swiss and Austrian Alps skirted by a lake of clouds, as well as a complete panorama of Liechtenstein when the sky is bright.
