It has a tropical climate. Temperatures are always very
high: 22 - 32°C all year round. The rainy season and the monsoon, from July to December, are generally short but it depends on the region. This does not affect the west coast where rains are mild and short. The most rainy months in Kuala Lumpur are April and November, over 20 rainy days each month, and October-November in Penang with roughly 20 rainy days each month. High humidity level throughout the country: an average of over 70% all year round.
