3 miles from Sainte-Anne, this 3,900 ft long beach forms a perfect crescent shape underlined by a row of coconut trees. Desert during the week, Les Salines are very busy at the week end with many Martiniquais who come and picnic and camp on the sand. Further down, beaches follow one another, interrupted by water-beaten rocks. On the southern side of Les Salines, the panorama offers an impressive view of Table-au-Diable and of Ilets-Cabrits - the southernmost points of the island.
