Petite Terre - The coastal road

Petite Terre - The coastal road

Petite Terre - The coastal road Petite Terre - The coastal road Thanks to the size of Petite Terre, 'la Vigie' (the Lookout) is thus named as it affords a view of the entire island, despite its height of only 200m. © Christophe Valentin / Hoa Qui

On Petite Terre, the only coastal road is the one leading to Dzaoudzi. You will find the most delightful beaches close to the village of Labattoir. Moya's beach is well indicated but there is another one, less busy, worth visiting. To do so, take the path to La Vigie. In doing so you will scale the highest peak on the island (665 ft), before going back down to the sea.
