Climate Mexico Yucatan

Washed by the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Caribbean sea to the east, Mexico has huge climatic variations. One thing's for sure though, it's never cold.
On the side of the Gulf of Mexico, the average temperature is 25 °C in the day time, the air is close, the sky cloudy and the rain sometimes quite heavy from June to October, the hurricane season. The coast of Yucatan is particularly sunny with day time temperatures ranging from 25 to 28 °C and a very warm sea with a temperature of 26/28 °C all year long. The period between November and April, the dry season, is definitely the best time to visit Yucatan. Avoid the wet season from May to October: the temperatures are higher and the area is sometimes subjected to tropical storms or hurricanes.
