The southern coast boasts 25 mi of fine, brown sandy beach which is undoubtedly the nicest along the entire coast. Ulcinj is the most famous seaside resort in the south of the country and although slightly lacking in charm, it is modern, built around a beach. The old town is worth a visit though; perched up above the city and providing a great setting for a walk among the stone houses and cobbled alleyways.
