Rabat, the white city often wrapped in light mist, is located 200 miles away from Marrakech, towards the Atlantic Coast. If you're staying in Rabat, make the most of the sun on the beaches of Temara and Skirat, south of the capital before heading back to the imperial cities. North of the city, the more dangerous beach 'Plage des Nations' attracts mostly surf boarders.
