In Morocco, the sun shines for over 8 hours daily producing average annual temperatures of 21°C at Casablanca and Essaouira, and 23°C at Agadir. It's best to visit the Atlantic coast in spring or autumn when the moderate temperatures allow for more adventure and less mopping of the brow. In summer, the north is very pleasant, but the beaches are flooded with visitors. Winters are mild. Summer nights can even be quite cool.
