Wé is Lifou's main town, but also of the Loyalty Islands. It stretches as far as Chateaubriand Bay and its architecture is highly contrasting with traditional huts standing next to more modern administrative buildings. The catholic church looks a little like a fortress with its two round crenellated towers!
