The Sahelian bush gives an early taste of the landscapes of Black Africa. You will see the beautiful and colourful villages and lively markets. It is an excellent opportunity to discover the intermingling of populations. Leaving from Niamey, you can go to the banks of the Niger River which offers the possibility of a pirogue ride (a small flat bottomed boat). The village of Namaro is actually renowned for its floating market.
