The Boyeun Temple

To the north of the Myohyang mountains, the Boyeun temple is so-called from the name of a bodhisattva (sage destined to become Buddha). There are various rooms, including the Daiong room, with large seated Buddhas and colourful frescoes. There are also two pagodas, a history museum, and a small bell tower, in the middle of a tree-lined garden.
