We have tested: 11 Hotels Portugal

Contrary to common perception, the Algarve isn't all towering hotels, fast-food restaurants and Irish pubs. Behind the facet often shown on television, it is one of the most beautiful regions we have had the privilege of visiting on our travels. Imagine wild green pastures, rose bushes, orange and lemon groves as far as the eye can see, crystal clear waters, fine sandy beaches and more than enough upmarket hotels to choose from. We travelled from Tavira to the very east of southern Portugal, along the coast and all the way to the west, to Sagres and here are some hotel highlights we stumbled upon. We hope that you enjoy them as much as we did.
