Ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 cucumber - 1 carrott
- 2 pots of natural yogurt
- 2 sprigs of fresh corriander
- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- Salt and pepper

Recipe

Peel the cucumber and slice it straight down the middle, from end to end. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the remainder into cubes.
Next, peel the carrot and dice with a sharp knife.
Finely chop the onion and coriander.
Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Add the cucumber, carrot, onion, coriander and cumin seeds and mix well.
Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving
