Ingredients for 4 people:
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- ½ green pepper
- 125g feta
- 1 red onion
- 10 black olives (pitted Kalamata)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Pepper

Add the oregano and olives, olive oil and lemon juice. Pour the dressing over the salad. Refrigerate.
Before serving, add the diced feta and toss gently. P>
