Ingredients for 4 naans:
- 250g flour
- 1 plain yoghurt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 10 sprigs coriander
- 50g clarified butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 sachet baking soda

Pour the flour, baking soda and salt into a large bowl and mix together.
Add the yoghurt and the olive oil before kneading the dough. Add in the hot water. Keep kneading until a homogenous dough is obtained. Work into a large ball and leave to rest for 3 hours.
Chop the garlic and coriander.
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Separate the dough into 4 and roll each part flat with a pin. Spread the garlic, coriander and butter evenly on each portion.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Once out, brush the naans with the rest of the butter.
