For 6 people:
- 200g dark chocolate
- 60g flour
- 225g powdered sugar
- 100g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 100g pecan nuts
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Take the butter out of the fridge in order to soften it.
In a pan, melt the chocolate before letting it cool.
In a salad bowl mix the butter and sugar. Add the eggs one by one and then the vanilla extract followed by the flour and salt. Add the cold chocolate and crushed the pecan nuts. Carefully mix the ensemble.
Grease and flour the base of a rectangular cake tin and pour in the preparation. Cook for 30 mins.
Take out the brownie and cut it into squares.
