1 litre of pinapple juice
400ml of coconut cream
100ml of white rum
100ml of dark rum
About 30 ice cubes
10 minutes

Pour the pinapple juice into a blender, then add the coconut cream (or coconut milk for a lighter version!)
Next pour in the rum to taste. Add the ice cubes and turn on the blender.
You are looking to achieve a smooth mixture so blend until there are no more large chunks of ice cubes. Your cocktail is ready - now for the presentation!
Pour le mixture into each glass, add a fancy straw and a slice of pinapple for decoration?then go ahead a taste!
