Ingredients for 12 muffins:
- 80g butter
- 2 eggs
- 250g flour
- 100g brown sugar
- 20cl milk
- 1 sachet baking powder
- A pinch of salt
12 silicone muffin moulds

Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C
Melt the butter
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a salad bowl.
In another large bowl, mix the flour, melted butter, baking powder, salt and milk. Add the eggs and mix until a smooth paste is obtained.
Fill the moulds three quarters with the mixture.
Cook for around 20 minutes. Leave to cool down before removing the muffins from the mould and sprinkling them with icing sugar.
