To serve 8:
150g of flour
4 tbsp bitter cocoa
1.5 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
300g castor sugar
A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
To make the perfect Kladdkaka, you have to mix in the ingredients in the right order.
First mix the eggs and the sugar together.
Next add the vanilla sugar and the cocoa.
Add the pinch of salt and the butter (melted)
Finally, mix in the flour.
Grease a cake tin and then pour in the mixture.
Place in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
Just before serving, sprinkle the Kladdkaka with icing sugar.
