Another district, another atmosphere, here in Fisherman's Wharf. At first, it was the fishermen and the fishmongers' dock. Today, it is the tourists most sought-after honey-pot. Numerous restaurants are found here, as well as souvenir shops and street artists. The main businesses are found on "Pier 39", the most famous of them all. Look around to find the colony of seals relaxing on the mooring bridge. Since the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, a small group has decided to stay on the K-Dock of the Pier 39.
