The west coast - Reunion

Reunion's west coast is the most touristic of them all. It is here that the most beautiful of the island's beaches are found. Saint Gilles les Bains, nicknamed the ?Saint Tropez of the Indian Ocean' is without a shadow of doubt, the most popular spot amongst young Reunionais. This is also where the best hotels on the island are clustered, between Saint Gilles and Saint Leu. Most, if not all, are respectful of both the natural environment around them as well as the architectural style of the island.
