Every September, New York lives one of its most crazy weeks : the Fashion week. Creators and designers present their collections in a flow of creativity. First observation : NYC has nothing to envy from Paris. All you have to do is wander down the streets of Soho or Greenwich Village to acknowledge the fact. The number of clothes and accessory shops is simply amazing. On the 13th street of the chic Meat Packing District are found all the designer shops such as Stella MacCartney, Alexander MacQueen and other great names. Not forgetting the clothes shops where the smallest t-shirt will cost up to 350$ and any jacket will go for 1800$ ! The city has gone crazy. If 5th Avenue is home to the prestigious show-rooms (John Antony), the Lower East Side remains the land of predilection for the crowds of young designers that come to try their luck here.
