From Saturday to Sunday is the longest night for many locals. After a prolonged aperitif and a good meal, the hardest finding the first place of the evening to saddle up for a drink. Until dawn, the nightowls go from club to club, or to a piano bar or concert hall. One of the most renowned nightclub is the Reina. Found at the feet of the intercontinental bridge, the crowd is young, the atmosphere always great, the music good and the panorama unique. Layla, another trendy place, which attracts the jet set crowd, is a huge club located on the Bosporus and has a capacity of 2,500 people. A boat comes to drop off a population of nightclubbers for the night. Eight restaurants with specialities from Turkey, Italy, France and Japan adapt their decoration to their cuisine and therefore create various atmospheres. Open air or closed, techno or Turkish pop, gay or straight, crowded or intimate, packed or cosy, you'll find everything here. The night ends only when the sun rises...or even later sometimes!
