  Comment We stayed at the Hotel Formule 1 in St Denis (Paris) and although it is a very basic hotel it was very clean and very good value at £20/nite

  Advantages Very cheap Express night check-in with debit or credit card Very clean Free secure parking on site Free WIFI Free cable TV

  Disadvantages No towels given Reception is only open 7-10am and 7-10pm Breakfast is far too expensive 5 euros to be given a miss
