The Imirá Plaza is situated on the seafront and is one of the main hotels on Vía Costeira. As the building is only three storeys high, it blends in well with the landscape. It has a garden with a swimming pool, a tennis court with sea views, a mini gym and a massage service. The establishment also has shops selling articles made by local craftsmen, as well as a travel agency where you can sign up to take part in various excursions in the region and the traditional buggy ride across the sand dunes at Genipabu. The rooms might be basic, but they do provide all the necessary facilities. However, some parts of the hotel are a bit old-fashioned and could do with some improvements.
