Opinion Budget hotel situated in a quiet,elegant square, a few minutes walk from St Pancras International, ideal for an inexpensive stopover.
Advantages Central location, hearty breakfast, helpful staff, storage room,tea and coffee making facilities, good view of a pretty square, free wi-fi.
Disadvantages Step stairs, no lift, a tiny room and a musty smell.The shower was in a cupboard - behind the toilet! The hot water was slow to arrive...

Overview
7/10Clean and well kept - but there is no lounge and the rooms are tiny.
Accommodation
6/10A tiny room but the bed was comfortable.The hot water tap has to be left running for several minutes before any water appears- I was told that this was because the boiler is in the basement - and I was on the top floor!
Location
10/10Excellent - a short walk from St Pancras and other mainline stations, a short bus ride into central London...
Food and drink
10/10The full English breakfast is served, buffet style. There are also tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Good to know Be patient if you want a hot shower!
