    Opinion This is advertised as a 5* luxury resort . Unfortunately the reality is far from this - very poor hotel management indeed.

    Advantages Nice beach and pools, and we had a lovely room which would have been much nicer if it had been cleaned.

    Disadvantages Restricted choice of food and what was provided was very poor in variety, quantity and quality - maybe a low 1* choice - so easy to fix too.

Bel Ombre, Mauritius

The Mövenpick is suitable for families who want to stay in a hotel with high-end facilities. Athletes and couples will also find facilities tailored to their expectations. However, it has no charm : its architecture, quite original, is inspired by the old sugar factories.
