Opinion Perfectly located for a city break in Springfield as you can walk to most of the sights. The staff were lovely and so welcoming.
Advantages Central location and a really bid suite style room with a view of Springfield. Good breakfasts and free parking.
Disadvantages Looks very dates from outside but inside public areas have bee updated. The living area of our room had a very uncomfortable sofa bed.
This is a great hotel if you want to see the sights of the city as it is very centrally located. we walked to all the sights except the Lincoln Memorial. There is no restaurant for meals other than breakfast but there is a bar.Parking is free as is wifi in the room and a small fitness suite but there is no pool.
Our bedroom had a lovely comfortable bed but the drawer unit was a bit dated. The living room had plenty of room and was nicely set out but the sofa bed was horrendously uncomfortable to sit on.The little kitchenette had a microwave, fridge
Perfect. You could walk to everywhere in the city from here.
Only breakfast was catered for in the hotel hut that was good with a great range of cold and hot buffet foods as well as fresh fruit and pastries.
There was a nice bar and a small fitness centre but not much else.
There was none really apart from the piano bar.
Good to know If you are going to Springfield to see the Lincoln sights this is a perfect hotel as it is centrally located and you can walk to everywhere.
