The temperature is constant almost all year round: from 28 to 30 °C for the air as well as for the sea. Unlike Guadeloupe and Martinique, the air is more humid in winter, the season of trade winds dispensing a nice cooling breeze, than in summer when the weather is drier. The temperature range is however not significant. September and October, the month of hurricanes, is the period of rain showers, which are generally very brief.
