Visit Bratislava's City Museum found in Hlavné namestie. This museum has two sections. The ground floor relates the town history through several collections of archaeological objects, ancient maps, religious paintings and wooden polychrome statutes. In the basement, there is a wine museum exhibiting Roman-era amphoras, ornaments and vases, Middle Age scripts on grape harvesting and fines paid by impertinent wine drinkers, as well as the history of Bratislava's vineyard.
