In the province of Northern Cape and in the Orange Free State you can take a walk to the famous city of Bloemfontein, cradle of the Afrikaner society. The city is the administrative capital of the country and exhibits several buildings of majestic size: the judicial administration, the university and the military headquarters. All around the city you can find natural reserves and parks worth to be seen: the Franklin fauna reserve (on Mont Naval), the Soetdoring natural reserve and the beautiful Maria Moroka National Park.
