 Climate and Seasons

The four Korean seasons are extremely different. It is very cold in winter. January is the coldest month: from -8 to 6°C. In summer, the temperatures vary from 19 to 30°C, or higher. The intermediate seasons are the best periods for tourism, especially autumn (an average of 14°C); spring is actually quite mild (11°C), however, there is fairly frequent rain.
