One of the most acclaimed hotels of the archipelago and a member of the 'One and Only' group. Like the rest of the hotel, its restaurant, Dune, leaves little room for improvement. The restaurant is located on the seafront, and has been lavishly decorated by designer Christian Liaigre. Wood is the predominant material, used to create a Japanese style theme. Complete with a patio offering splendid ocean views, the whole décor is a success. In the kitchen can be found well-known chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, who also has restaurants in New York and Paris. The cuisine is exquisite and delicate, where Vongerichten uses local spices giving his dishes a Bahamian edge. Have a taste of the Black-Pate, a selection of fresh fish which causes an explosion of flavours! (Starters: from £7 to £15; main courses: from £20 to £40).
