If the kids are nagging to see Mickey and Minnie and the rest of the Disney crew, but you don't fancy a trip to the States, then why not make everyone happy by giving the kids what they want, but with the added incentive of a trip to Asia? Hong Kong Disneyland offers everything its American cousin does. The park is divided into four main areas: Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Adventureland and Main Street, U.S.A. In the first you will come across all your favourite Disney characters and you can take a ride in Winnie the Pooh's honey pot, a tour of Cinderella's castle or even a flight with Dumbo. The kids are sure to be captivated here in Fantasyland as they meet their heroes and get the full magical Disney experience. Tomorrowland has a futuristic theme with the likes of Buzz Lightyear and Stitch ready and waiting to greet the little (and big!) ones. In terms of the rides, you'll find all the old favourites such as Space Mountain and the Orbitron, as well as a whole host of street entertainment. Adventureland is for the outdoorsy types; climb up to Tarzan's tree house, marvel at the Lion King show or take the Jungle River cruise. Finally, Main Street, U.S.A. has a turn of the 20th century theme where you can take in the parades, enjoy the singing and dancing and even learn how to draw your favourite Disney personalities. As you'd expect each zone has its own respective dining and shopping experiences and you'll find hotels and transportation on site.
