The continent of South America will be one of the next destinations for a new W hotel, a project currently in the pipeline and due to be finished by 2014. The property, which will see the portfolio of Starwood Hotels and Resorts expand, will be built in the Colombian capital, in the district of Usquen, close to the shopping area.
The brand new hotel will boast 168 rooms as well as 20 suites, the most exclusive of which will be named the Wow Suite, in homage to the group's brand.
Details of the furnishings within the hotel in Bogotá remain unknown, however they will without doubt be loud and contemporary, two characteristics that have helped the W to stand out around the world.
