Lowcost airline Easyjet has announced that it will be adding a further two routes to the Icelandic capital Reykjavik in March 2013.
The new routes will run twice a week from March 2013, on Mondays and Thursdays from Edinburgh and Thursdays and Sundays from Manchester.
Fares will start from £24.99 one way including taxes, set to start on 14 March from Edinburgh and 21 March from Manchester.
The expansion comes after the success of the airlines route to Reykjavik from London Luton which commenced in March 2012. This service is also being increased from three to four flights per week.
UK director of Easyjet, Paul Simmons, said "We're delighted to be expanding our flights from the UK to Reykjavik in response to the route's growing popularity. The destination is proving popular for leisure and business travelers alike".
