Air carrier, Royal Air Maroc, is set to resume its flights from Casablanca to London Gatwick after it halted the service in October 2011.
The airline intends to provide a non-stop flight between London Gatwick and the Moroccan city, recommencing on 27 March 2013.
Flights will be scheduled to run on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, leaving Gatwick at 7.30pm and Casablanca at 2.50pm.
If the connection proves to be successful, Royal Air Maroc is looking to increase their number of weekly flights to ten for the summer of 2013.
The company has said that its timings will facilitate connections to both domestic and other West African destinations.
Made famous by the 1942 film of the same name, Casablanca is Morocco's largest city, as well as its main port.
