New hotel brand 'Snotels' has launched its website, becoming the world's first collection of ski hotels.
Opening its doors just in time for the 2012/13 winter season, the brand is aiming to deliver quality mid-range hotels for snow lovers, which offer flexibility, good service and free wifi.
Once open, the brand hopes to provide a wide selection of hotels in Europe, including Austria, France, Norway and Switzerland.
CEO Michael Metcalfe, a former snowboard instructor, decided to start the brand after experiencing the unpredictable quality and complex booking systems in ski resorts all over the world.
"Our member hotels cater for all skiers, boarders and mountain-lovers who demand the best of both worlds - booking a ski hotel they can trust for more exciting, flexible and independent adventures," he said.
Reservations can now be made on the Snotels website, with travel extras including ski hire and travel insurance also available from the company.
