Climate and Seasons
The islands of Trinidad and Tobago have a tropical, hot and sunny climate. With the equator nearby, temperatures vary very little: from 24 to 27°C on average. Nevertheless, temperatures are always slightly cooler in Tobago. The rainy season runs from June to December, before leaving room for the best season, the dryest season to visit the country, spanning from January to May. Unlike several other islands of the Caribbean, Trinidad and Tobago do not lie on the route of tropical cyclones.
