Tozeur, lying at the gateway to the Sahara, stretches across a vast palm plantation of 400,000 trees covering over 2,470 acres and is irrigated by two hundred natural springs. In the old neighbourhood of Ouled El Hadef, you can wander down ochre brick streets up to the madrasah Sidi Abdallah bou Jemra. The view overlooking the palm plantation is simply breathtaking.
